Out Of Time-This Time

OUT OF TIME- THIS TIME

Outside I watch

Falling leaves,

Dancing

To a secret song.

No need of words,

Nor sound to hear,

Silence…

Whispers riding on the winds,

Across vast oceans,

Rolling green meadows,

Within…

Darkness, shadows bleak,

Blinded by conceptions,

Our thoughts deceive.

Empty…

As the hollow tree trunk,

Lifeless within,

Crippled by torment.

Deaf to the thunder,

Roaring ever louder,

Rivers rage,

Tides rise,

Fires burn,

Despite the cries,

Across the chard horizon,

Empty…

Useless lives.
